Guarantee and Return Policy.
SMITHS Watch Co. Ltd accepts returns within 30 days from date of Invoice for refund or exchange.
We will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of Invoice date,
(no exceptions.)
Important: It is almost impossible to wear a watch without scratching or blemishing it in some way. For this reason, please do not wear a watch or use a product that you think you might return. We are glad to accept your return, as long as the product is in new condition. However, we cannot issue a refund if your product or watch shows any signs of wear or of watches being worn.
Watches must not be:
sized
scratched
blemished
If there is a possibility that you will return your product or watch, please do not use the product or wear the watch or have it sized (remove links from the bracelet, etc).
If the product or watch shows any signs of wear, we will not be able to accept the return.
Credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchases. Allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Returns with no receipt must reference the original order number.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders.
The only exceptions are:
1.) We sent you the wrong watch.
2.) The watch was damaged when it arrived. (You must notify us within 48 hrs. of receipt.)
If you exchange the watch for one of equal or greater value, the restocking fee usually can be waived. If not we will tell you why.

SMITHS Watch Co. is not responsible for shipping on returns:
Shipping charges must be paid by you (Collect shipments will be refused).
Refunds on Shipping Charges:
We do not refund shipping charges on Express or International orders.
Exceptions:
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, (Model # other than the one you ordered on the order form), or you received damaged items, we will refund express shipping charges through a credit to your credit card.
Please insure the product or watch for its full value (If any damage or loss occurs during shipping on returns, we cannot assume liability).
Return the watch or watches the way they came: in the original box with all original packing materials, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and any other materials that came with the watch or watches.
Returns not following this criteria will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to you.
